Kayla brings energy, intention and heart to Rooted Wellness Chiropractic. Known as the team’s resident multitasker and creative spark, she blends innovation with genuine connection in her dual role.

From greeting patients to managing the rhythm of a busy office, Kayla keeps things running smoothly. She helps coordinate schedules, assists practice operations and ensures every person who walks through the door feels valued. Her goal is to create meaningful moments that help families feel seen, supported and truly cared for.

Life Outside the Practice
Away from the front desk, Kayla recharges with her favorite hobbies including crafting, baking and spending time with her cat Evie, affectionately known as Eebis. She believes healing should never feel intimidating. Instead, it should be calm, joyful and even a little playful. Her personal motto is “Fueled by caffeine, creativity and kindness.”
