What the Gift of Health Is
Each holiday season, Rooted Wellness Chiropractic partners with our community to give the most meaningful gift possible: *health, hope, and connection.*
From *December 1st through January 31st*, every *$47 New Patient Exam fee* is donated directly to *Harvesting in Mansfield (H.I.M.) Food Bank*, helping local families access essential groceries, nourishment, and support during the holidays.
Who This Helps
- Every family knows a child or parent who needs a fresh start
- A child who’s chronically sick or overstimulated
- A kid struggling with sleep, focus, or emotional regulation
- A baby who can’t settle or calm

- When they come in for their New Patient Exam and turn it in. *You’re automatically entered into the raffle!*
